1st Stage
We start with the cooking of the rice.

2nd Stage
Peel and chop all vegetables including ginger and mushrooms.

3rd Stage
Prepare a sauce with olive oil, pepper, salt, garlic and ginger.

Make a stew with the sauce in which the vegetables are placed.

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl together with the sesame seeds.
