Some of the most common ingredients used to prepare Portuguese food are olive oil, seafood, bread and vegetables. All of them are very present in starters, soups and main dishes of typical Portuguese food.

The receipt process (approx. 30 minutes)
1st Stage
We start by heating the oven.

2nd Stage
Thaw the cod in boiling salted water and remove bones and skin.

3rd Stage
In another pan, cook the broccoli and in yet another the Juliana preparation.

4th Stage
Prepare a sauté pan with olive oil and garlic, including the cod, broccoli and the julienne preparation that has already been cooked.

Plate and season with parsley and lemon.
