This diet consists of decreasing the consumption of fat and increasing the consumption of natural foods on a daily basis, especially the daily intake of fish and other seafood, oilseeds, milk and cereal products, legumes and healthy vegetable oils such as olive oil or coconut oil, which improve heart health.

The receipt (approx. 30 minutes)
1st Stage
Heat the oven.

Prepare a sauce of olive oil, salt and pepper.

3rd Stage
Wash and dry all the vegetables and cut into small pieces, passing the sauce through the vegetables and placing them on a tray in the oven.

Place a second tray in the oven with the chickpeas, running the sauce and paprika through the chickpeas.

Sauté the couscous in a pan with olive oil, garlic and thyme.

Put everything together in a bowl along with the diced feta and the lemon juice.
