The receipt (approx. 30 minutes)
1st Stage
Heat up the oven.

2nd Stage
Prepare and slice aubergines and place them in a container (you can fry them beforehand to soften them), sprinkling them with olive oil and salt. Place in the oven for 20 minutes.

3rd Stage
Sauté the turkey in small pieces with olive oil, salt, garlic and pepper to taste.

4th Stage
Place the turkey, tomato and sliced cheese on top of the aubergine and keep in the oven for another 10 minutes.

5th Stage
Remove from the oven and place the basil on top. Serve.
