Our Kits - Argentinian

The Argentinian kit brings you the wonderful Argentinian gastronomy that differs from the rest of Latin America due to the great European contributions: the Italian and the Spanish, which are two very important influences. This explains why meat is one of the main ingredients of this cuisine.

Meats are usually accompanied by fries, salads, provolone or provoleta (smoked provolone). However it seems to spread in Argentine restaurants the tendency to promote traditional dishes rather than the typical dishes of the first inhabitants of the region. See below for the ingredients and the step-by-step recipe:

Ingredients for 4 doses

The receipt (approx. 30 minutes)

The first step starts by putting the oven on to heat up to 180ºc for 15 minutes.

Wash, dry and cut all the vegetables and the sweet potato into small pieces and place them on a tray in the oven. Drizzle with a pinch of olive oil and salt.

Prepare an olive oil sauce with salt, garlic, cumin, lime and pepper to taste.

Now it's time for the picanha! Roast the picanha separately.

Plate with the picanha, vegetables, sweet potato, coriander and sauce to taste.
